De Vere estate agency was formed as a result of over 20 years of assisting individuals to purchase property for investment purposes, during which time we had become extremely frustrated with the apparent lack of knowledge regarding the properties that we sought to acquire, and the apathy that our frustrations were met with when dealing with many estate agents.

Time and time again we found ourselves having the door of the property opened for us and the being left to our own devices, Heaven forbid that we might have a question, such as “Is this a working fireplace?” which would invariably be met with embarrassment and a frantic shuffling of pages in an attempt to find the most basic of information.

Whilst we don’t claim to be able to answer your every question instantly, we do promise to find out and get back to you in a timely manner with the answer.
