Naturally my friend went with the agent, however the valuation was totally wrong the house didn’t sell, after several months my friend went to another agent who correctly valued the property at £100,000 less, sadly the property has not sold as the market shifted, had the property received the correct valuation in the first place it would have undoubtedly sold. As a result Alice also missed out on her dream home in the process!
