Why Pay more than 1%?*

De Vere estates is all about offering exceptional service and value, and we find it so confusing as to why anyone would ever want to pay more than 1% in estate agency fees, when you will receive world class service from devere for only 1%!

So whats in a number anyway?

“what’s the point anyway?” you might say, who cares about a tiny 0.5% difference?

Well consider this, If we sell your house for say………..£750,000, our fee will be £7500, whereas our competitors fee for selling the same property (at 1.5%) will be £11,250!, that’s an extra £3750, that’s the equivalent of taking a family of four one a one week cruise in the med with £1000 to spend!, So don’t pay outrageous fees to anyone, let De Vere sell your property and have a cruise on us, after all buying a new home is a very stressful time and you deserve a break! 

* Please note the above fee applies to a sole agency arrangement only, if you engage another agent or multiple agents our fee automatically increases to 1.5%, which is still at least 0.5% less than nearly every other agent.
